Alcohol at your rental

FOURTEN doesn't hold a liquor license for private rentals and doesn't sell or serve alcohol at them. Choose how alcohol will work at yours — the rental agreement spells out each option.

No alcohol at this rentalNothing alcoholic is brought in, served, or sold.Option 1 — I'll supply it (BYOB)You provide the alcohol for your invited guests; nothing is sold or charged for. You're responsible for lawful purchase and for anyone pouring it.Option 2 — a licensed caterer or bar serviceYou hire a licensed, insured provider who supplies and serves (or sells) the alcohol and carries the required permits.

We'll text you at the number above with our decision.
